Food and Beverage Services:
• All Catering and wait staff provided by The Paxton Ballroom’s exclusive caterer. A range of menu prices are available to suit your needs
• All bar and alcohol sales must be provided by the Paxton Ballroom under Paxton Ballroom’s Nebraska Liquor License
Services provided for an additional charge:
• Ballroom Security Guards (incl 2 guards) at $90 per hour – mandatory (5 hr. minimum)
• Bartenders provided at $24 per hour per bartender
• Servers provided at $24 per hour per server
• 20% service fee on total catering and bar
and 3% processing fee for all credit card payments
• Ceremony Fee of $500 – if necessary
– the Ceremony fee only applies if the wedding ceremony takes place in the Ballroom & a room reset is required prior to the reception
• Decorating Policy: All decor and decorating times must be discussed & coordinated with the Event Manager. The venue will be set & ready for decor by noon on the day of the event. All decor must be removed from the venue immediately following the event
